Escalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size potatoes
    2 large onions
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    white sauce
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes and onions.
    Place in alternate layers in buttered casserole, seasoning each layer and pouring over white sauce.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Sprinkle cheese on the last 20 minutes of baking.
