Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar

Preparation

Stir dry ingredients together.
Add rest.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
