Garden Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls
    1 c. mayo
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing (dry)
    4 c. raw vegetables (your choice), finely chopped
Preparation
    Spread rolls on ungreased pans (13 x 9-inch size).
    Press seams together.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, until brown.
    Set aside to cool.
