Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless chicken breast
1 to 2 bell peppers
1 medium onion
1 medium zucchini
4 oz. mushrooms
McCormick Cajun Quick spicy chicken seasoning
flour tortillas
1 small can tomato juice
1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Saute bell pepper, onion, zucchini and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons of oil.
Set aside.
Coat chicken generously with McCormick seasoning and cut into bite-size pieces.
Brown chicken and add vegetables when chicken is done.
Add 1 teaspoon cornstarch to tomato juice and pour over chicken.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
