Spaghetti And Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 cans tomato paste
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. water
    brown sugar to taste
    spaghetti
Preparation
    Brown onion and bell pepper in oil.
    Add meat and brown. Drain well.
    Add tomato paste, water, dry mustard, sugar and garlic.
    Season to taste.
    Simmer 1 to 2 hours.
    The longer it simmers, the better it is.
    Boil spaghetti and serve with meat sauce.
