Ranch Salad(For 16 To 20 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower, broken into flowerets (4 c.)
    1 bunch broccoli florets (3 c.)
    4 to 6 small tomatoes, quartered
    4 carrots, thinly sliced
    4 green onions (with tops), sliced
    1 c. chopped celery
    6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled or 1/2 c. bacon bits
    1 (4 oz.) c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Bleu cheese dressing
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Ranch salad dressing
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, bacon and cheese in large salad bowl. Combine salad dressings and pour over salad.
    Toss to mix.
    Chill. Yields 16 to 20 servings.
