Baked Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) salmon (whole or piece), scaled and fins removed
    salt and pepper
    flour
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 large onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tomatoes, peeled, drained of juice, seeded and chopped or 1 1/4 c. canned tomatoes, drained
    1/4 c. (approximately) light cream
    beurre manie (1 Tbsp. butter and 1 Tbsp. flour kneaded together), if necessary
    lemon wedges
    parsley
Preparation
    Rub the salmon inside and out with salt and pepper; dredge with flour.
    Put into a well-greased narrow baking pan.
    Bake in a preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, then add the butter, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and tomatoes.
    Reduce heat to 375\u00b0. Bake for 30 minutes longer, basting frequently.
