Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. zucchini pulp
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. raisins, if desired
Preparation
    Peel and grind zucchini to pulp.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
