Remolachas De Argentina(Beets) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beets
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. cream
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Cook and peel about 2 pounds beets.
    Grate fine.
    Heat butter in skillet; add grated beets and cook about 5 minutes.
    Add cream, sugar and vinegar.
    Heat gently and serve.
