Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 (12 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch (not flour)
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt and pepper.
    Beat eggs; add milk and mix well.
    Stir in the dry ingredients, then the creamed corn. Stir in the melted butter.
    Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven until firm for 30 to 45 minutes.
