French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    12 slices Vienna bread or thick sliced French bread
Preparation
    Combine eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, orange juice and orange rind. Beat until just blended.
    Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture. Arrange on well buttered pan.
    Combine cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of sugar and sprinkle over each slice.
    Bake 10 minutes at 500\u00b0 or until golden.
