Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
4 c. rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. red jello
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; add butter and mix like pie crust.
Add egg mixed with milk.
Pat into pan, 11 x 8 1/2-inches.
Put rhubarb over sugar and jello, then add Streusel over top.
