Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs, corn flake crumbs or packaged chicken coating mix
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix crumbs and paprika.
    Coat chicken pieces with milk, then crumb mixture.
    Place coated chicken pieces in casserole dish with meatiest portions toward outside of dish.
    Cook for approximately 1 hour or until well done at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 4 servings.
