Sponge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cold water
5 eggs, separated
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Sift together the first 4 ingredients.
Beat the water with the egg yolks until they are thick, then fold into dry ingredients.
