Hawaiian Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. dijonnaise creamy mustard
    1/4 c. apricot preserves
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. sliced cooked chicken
    1 - 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, stir creamy mustard, apricot preserves and soy sauce until smooth.
    Stir in chicken, pineapple and green onions.
    Serve over green salad or angel hair pasta.
