Potato Crust Ham Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese
    1 c. diced cooked ham
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Step 1: Pat hash browns with paper towel to remove excess moisture. Press into 9-inch pie plate. Brush with butter. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven. Reduce oven heat to 350\u00b0.
