Farmer'S Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    5 slices bacon, diced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. frozen peas
    4 eggs
    4 Tbsp. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Dice potatoes and fry in oil until crispy and done.
    Drain and set aside.
    Place bacon in pan and fry until crisp.
    Add diced onion; saute for 5 minutes and drain.
    Add potatoes and peas.
    Beat eggs with milk and pour over potato mixture.
    Cook until eggs are set.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Makes 4 servings.
