Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    5 eggs
    2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar and add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flavoring and buttermilk to egg mixture. Sift flour and dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add flour mixture to egg mixture little at a time. Add coconut. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
