Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
1 can crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. butter
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Blend sugar and flour.
Blend in pineapple.
Cook in saucepan over low heat until stiff.
Add well-beaten egg yolks and butter. Cook a few minutes longer; cool.
Put cooled filling in baked pie shell and top with meringue.
Brown in oven.
