Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 4 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    1 c. pecans
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, pineapple, pecans and green pepper.
    Shape into ball.
    Roll in extra pecans.
    Wrap in plastic.
    Refrigerate until well chilled. Serve with snack crackers.
