Low Country Shrimp Boil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. water
2 lemons, quartered
2 onions, quartered
4 to 6 oz. Old Bay seasoning
2 bay leaves
2 pieces sausage
2 potatoes
2 corn-on-cob
1 1/2 to 2 lb. shrimp (heads off, shell on)
Preparation

Combine first six ingredients.
Cook at a rolling boil for 15 minutes.
Lower to a medium boil; add sausage.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes, then add potatoes.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes, then add corn. Cook 15 to 20 minutes.
Bring to a rolling boil.
Add shrimp; cook until shrimp turns pink and serve.
