Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Beat eggs lightly in large bowl.
Stir in sugar, oil, zucchini and lemon rind and vanilla.
Add flour mixture, blending well.
Stir in walnuts.
Spoon into two greased loaf pans.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
Cool on rack at least 10 minutes.
Remove from pans and cool thoroughly.
