Daiquiri Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lemon pudding and pie filling
1 small pkg. lime jello
1/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. water, divided
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. light rum
2 c. frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust pie shell
Preparation

Combine pudding mix, jello, sugar and 1/2 cup water in saucepan; mix well, then blend in eggs.
Add remaining 2 cups water; stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat; stir in rum.
Chill until mixture is cold. Blend Cool Whip into mixture.
Spoon into crumb crust.
Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
Garnish with extra Cool Whip.
Serves 8.
