Scotch Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. butter *
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar.
    Add flour, 1 cup at a time. Press into jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Cut into squares while hot.
    Sprinkle lightly with sugar.
