Summer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. ginger
1 (5 oz.) can boned chicken or turkey, cut up
1/2 c. celery, chopped
peach or pear halves
salad greens
Preparation
-
In bowl blend mayonnaise, lemon juice and ginger and toss with can of chicken or turkey and celery.
Chill.
Serve in fruit halves placed on greens.
Yield:
1 cup salad mixture.
