Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sliced, cooked carrots
    1 diced green pepper
    3 medium onions, thinly sliced
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. (wet) mustard
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Combine the tomato soup, mustard, vinegar, cooking oil and sugar.
    Pour over the pepper, carrots and onions.
    Mix. Refrigerate overnight.
