Hearty Lunch Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 chopped onion (3/4 c.)
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. diced celery
    3 c. chicken broth or bouillon
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans, undrained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 to 4 frankfurters, sliced
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and celery in oil.
    Add other ingredients.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
