Ruby'S Fried Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Mix this well.
    The dough will be stiff; divide into eight equal balls.
    Roll out on floured board.
    Fill with favorite filling.
    Fry in 1/2 inch Wesson oil, 2 and 1/2 minutes on each side.
    Sprinkle with sugar while still warm, if desired.
    This recipe will only work with Wesson vegetable oil.
