Cathy'S Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) deep dish pie shells
    2 pkg. chopped spinach
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. nutmeg
    2 1/2 c. half and half
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, diced or cubed
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, diced
    6 strips bacon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 regular size eggs
Preparation
    Cook spinach in microwave or steam on top of stove until done. Drain.
    Cook pie shells in oven at 375\u00b0.
    Cover edges of pie shell with aluminum foil; follow directions on package to cook pie shells.
