Buckeye Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. frozen hash browns
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix all together, except Parmesan cheese.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Dot with butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
