Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Peel and cut potatoes in fourths.
Cover with water; boil until tender.
Drain off water.
Add butter and milk.
Mix with electric mixer.
If potatoes are too thick, add milk until you get right consistency.
Salt and pepper to taste.
