Curried Corn And Sweet Red Peppers - cooking recipe

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
1 (15.25 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Melt butter in medium skillet; add red pepper and cook, stirring constantly until tender.
Stir in corn and next 3 ingredients; cook, stirring often for 3 minutes.
Stir in whipping cream; cook, stirring constantly just until thoroughly heated. Serve alone or over chicken breasts or sliced pork tenderloin. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
