Rosemary Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. red potatoes, cut into 1-inch wedges
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. minced fresh rosemary (or 1/2 tsp. dried)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix olive oil, garlic and rosemary.
    Drizzle mixture over potatoes in a flat roasting pan.
    Salt and pepper.
    Roast 1 hour at 400\u00b0, tossing potatoes every 20 minutes.
