Jellied Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 c. cherry juice
2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. red cherries, chopped
1/4 c. nut meats
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Heat the pineapple and cherry juice.
Add gelatin.
Stir until dissolved.
Add confectioners sugar.
Cool until slightly jelled and add other ingredients.
Pour into mold and chill.
Top with whipped cream.
