Cauliflower With White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cauliflower
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt the butter on low fire; add the flour and stir until blended. Add the milk and stir constantly until smooth and thickened. Add seasonings and remove from fire. Boil the prepared cauliflower in salted water for 15 or 20 minutes.
    Drain; break into flowerets and put into greased casserole.
    Pour over this enough white sauce to cover. Garnish liberally with bread crumbs, blended with melted butter.
    Bake in moderate oven 30 minutes or until bread crumbs have browned.
