Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini, cut in pieces
    1/3 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sharp cheese
    1/4 stick oleo
    1 beaten egg
    1/3 c. milk
    22 Ritz crackers, crushed
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion; drain.
    Add cheese and oleo while hot.
    Add beaten egg, milk, crushed crackers, salt and pepper; mix all together.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Top with 3 crushed crackers.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
    This freezes nicely.
