Pepperoni Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 \"Bridgeford\" frozen loaf bread
    sliced Mozzarella cheese
    sliced pepperoni
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Thaw and allow bread to rise per instructions.
    Divide each loaf in half.
    Roll out in oblong shape (flour counter so it will not stick).
    Salt and pepper dough.
    Place about 4 to 6 slices of Mozzarella cheese in center of bread.
    Add several slices of pepperoni on top.
    Fold over each end of dough and roll dough into bread shape.
    Pinch dough underneath so cheese won't come out when cooking.
    Brush top of bread with egg and water mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 on greased cookie sheet for about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Best when hot.
