Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and oil until creamy.
Add vanilla and flour. Roll into balls.
Place on lightly greased pan.
Dip bottom of glass in sugar.
Flatten cookies slightly.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until light brown.
