Overnight Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (2 oz.) grated cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 pkg. frozen peas (uncooked)
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Place lettuce, celery, green pepper, onion and peas in layers in long baking dish.
Then mayonnaise, sugar, cheese and bacon. Refrigerate 24 hours or overnight.
