Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
red pepper, to taste
chopped pecans
Preparation

Soften\tcheeses at room temperature.
Combine all ingredients. Mold
in
desired shape.
Roll in pecans and refrigerate.
