Brown Sugar Icebox Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Mix in flour, soda and salt.
    Add nuts. Divide dough in half.
    On a sheet of wax paper, form into rectangle approximately 12 to 14-inches long.
    Wrap in paper and store in refrigerator or freezer until firm. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
