Sausage-Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. macaroni
1/2 lb. sausage
1 small onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook macaroni.
Fry sausage and onion until light brown, drain. Stir in flour and salt.
Add milk.
Cook over low heat until thickened.
Keep stirring.
Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Make layers of macaroni and sausage.
Pour sauce.
Top with cheese and bake in hot oven for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
