Chicken Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves
    2 c. chicken broth
    3 to 4 tsp. curry powder
    24 lettuce leaves
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped, toasted sunflower seeds
    1/4 c. finely chopped chutney
    1 c. toasted coconut
Preparation
    Combine chicken breasts, broth and curry powder in a medium size saucepan.
    Bring to boil; simmer for 30 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
    Remove from heat; refrigerate without draining, allowing chicken to cool in broth for several hours.
