Pork Chop Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
8 to 10 medium potatoes, sliced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Fry pork chops until well done.
Peel and slice potatoes. Place pork chops in bottom of small roaster or electric skillet. Cover with sliced potatoes.
Spoon soup and spread evenly over potatoes.
Add water and salt.
Cook on high or bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until juices are bubbly and potatoes are done.
Serves 6.
