Special Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            4 to 6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
 
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
- 
                            Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
 
Drain the potatoes, then mash in a large bowl with an electric mixer with the sour cream and margarine.
Add the oregano and half of the grated cheese; mix well.
Spread into a baking dish; sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0, or until cheese is melted.
