Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening (part butter)
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
Preparation
    Cream shortening until
    light
    and fluffy.
    Add cheese. Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
