Turkey Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. turkey fat or margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. turkey stock or broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt fat or
    margarine
    in
    pan.
    Take
    from
    stove and blend in flour until smooth.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add 2 cups broth and cook,
    stirring until you see first bubble, then the gravy is done.
    Makes 2 cups.
