Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
12 oz. cold beer

Preparation

Mix ingredients together well.
Batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour into greased bread loaf pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven. After bread has baked about 30 minutes, top may be brushed with melted butter to aid in browning.
