Baked Yellow Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    4 medium tomatoes, sliced
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    Pam
Preparation
    Spray baking dish with Pam. Place a layer of sliced squash in bottom of baking dish. Add layer of tomatoes, salt, pepper, layer of onions and layer of cheese. Repeat with 2 additional layers. Cover lightly with foil and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
