Ann'S Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped bacon (1/4 lb.)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cans minced clams and juice
    2 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    dash of parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown bacon and onion.
    Add clams and potatoes.
    Cook until tender (15 minutes).
    Add milk, butter, parsley, salt and pepper. Do not boil.
    Do not freeze.
